House rules
- Villa Lou invites all our guests to consider the time slot from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as the one dedicated to hours of silence, out of respect for other guests and neighbours. We will be forced to intervene in case of disturbing noises.
- Every room can accommodate a maximum of two persons. When more guests are requested, we kindly ask you to contact Villa Lou at info@villalou.com , we’ll be pleased to help you.
- Our splendid swimming pool is at your disposal from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
- Music and all types of glasses are prohibited near the swimming pool.
- Pets are not allowed at Villa Lou.
- It is forbidden to smoke in the room and on the balcony. You may smoke under the fig tree in the garden and at the swimming pool.
- Softdrugs and hard drugs are strictly forbidden.
- We kindly ask you to treat our garden and house as it is your own: with respect and love.
- Please keep your garbage tidy. Every room is equipped with special containers. Under each bin there is a basket for paper and glass/tins. We thank you for your cooperation.
- Each room has a parking space marked with the same room number.
- Only after consultation with the manager and if possible, you will be authorized to park a second car for the duration of your stay.
- When you are coming with a caravan or camper, it is obliged to contact us before parking at info@villalou.com or +39 348190667.
- After breakfast, we kindly ask you to put the dishes in the wicker baskets and place them on the food trolley located in the corridor of the first floor.
